Reclaiming What Has Been Exiled
July 2026 Seasonal Kundalini Yoga Series

What if freedom is not primarily about changing our circumstances, but about becoming less governed by what we cannot yet see?
This month’s Seasonal Kundalini Yoga Practice Series combines pranayama, kriya, meditation, deep relaxation, and reflection inspired by Jungian Depth Psychology to explore one of humanity’s oldest questions:
What does it truly mean to become free?
Each week’s practice is designed as part of a progressive journey, while remaining welcoming to those joining us for the first time. Through Kundalini Yoga, breath, meditation, and reflection, this month’s journey explores the possibility that freedom is not primarily about changing our circumstances, but about becoming less governed by what we cannot yet see.
The Journey
Each month in the Seasonal Kundalini Yoga Practice Series unfolds as a carefully designed journey unfolds as a carefully designed journey, where breath, movement, meditation, and reflection build upon one another from week to week. While each class may be experienced on its own, those who participate throughout the month often discover a deeper unfolding that cannot be found in a single practice alone.
Week 1 — The Nature of Freedom
The Space Between Stimulus and Response
Freedom begins with awareness. Through breath, movement, and meditation, we explore the quiet space between automatic reaction and conscious response, discovering that true freedom begins within.
Week 2 — Reclaiming the Exiled Self
Many of us have learned to hide parts of ourselves—not because they were wrong, but because they once felt unsafe, unwelcome, or unacceptable. Drawing upon Jungian depth psychology and Kundalini Yoga, we begin the gentle work of welcoming home what has been waiting in exile.
Week 3 — The Courage of Authentic Expression
As forgotten aspects of ourselves are reclaimed, they naturally long for expression. Together we explore what it means to live with greater authenticity, allowing our words, choices, creativity, and relationships to arise from a more integrated Self.
Week 4 — Living from the Center
Freedom gradually becomes less an idea and more a way of being. Rather than living from old conditioning or unconscious habit, we cultivate the steadiness to respond from a deeper center of awareness, compassion, and presence.

About Your Teacher
Founder, MetaHeart Center
Embodied Archetypal Wisdom & Contemplative Practice
Kundalini Yoga • Jungian Depth Psychology • Mythology • Contemplative Practice
For more than three decades, I have explored the intersection of science, psyche, and contemplative wisdom. My work integrates a background in medical biology, Jungian depth psychology, HeartMath, mythology, and Kundalini Yoga to create practices that invite not only stress reduction, but meaningful inner transformation.
At MetaHeart Center, yoga is more than physical exercise. It becomes an embodied conversation between body, psyche, and spirit—a place where ancient contemplative traditions and modern psychological understanding meet in service of the unfolding Self.

Disclaimer
These classes are offered for educational and experiential purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new physical, breath-based, or meditative practice.
All practices are invitational. Participants are encouraged to honor the wisdom and limits of their own bodies, modifying or discontinuing any exercise that feels inappropriate or unsafe. By participating, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
This series integrates Kundalini Yoga, Jungian Depth Psychology, mythology, contemplative traditions, and symbolic reflection as educational and experiential frameworks for personal exploration. While Kundalini Yoga was popularized in the West through various lineages, including that of Yogi Bhajan, I do not endorse or condone the harmful actions and abuses he has been accused of. My teaching is informed by years of study, personal practice, depth psychological inquiry, and deep respect for the timeless wisdom that transcends any one individual or organization.
