Many people today are feeling stress, anxiety, and cold depression at unprecedented levels. The American Institute of Stress reports 60-90% of all doctor visits are stress related at the root cause. The reasons are many including: information overload, financial strain, political uncertainty, loss of meaning and purpose in life, and the environmental crisis.

But what else is really happening here? Consider three possible reasons:

  • Physical health problems: seek attention from your health care provider
  • Stress-related symptoms: i.e. palpitations, racing heart, anxiety, and cold depression (the silencer of the soul
  • Higher vibrational frequencies: solar flares, higher consciousness breaking through, Kundalini awakening

The Heroine’s Journey to a Coherent Heart is the first leg of the heroine’s journey. This course is designed for both men and women, because we are rebuilding the feminine (not gender specific) qualities of the body, mind, and spirit. All humans carry both masculine and feminine qualities (physically, psychologically, and spiritually) which have gotten out of balance.

One intention of this webinar is to demonstrate how your body’s (soma) feminine nature has been overwhelmed by the masculine forces within, and how to re-balance these two primal polar forces within the human body. We’ll tap into the sympathetic (masculine/sun) and parasympathetic (feminine/moon) branches of your nervous system so you will have a basic understanding.

The wisdom held within your body sends you signals, and if you can learn how to connect and listen to your body then you can begin adapting to stress and higher vibrational patterns coming into earth’s atmosphere. Heart palpitations, a racing heart, and heart ache are widely experienced by people who have been cleared medically. A recent informal survey conducted by Sacred Planet and the metaHeart Center showed that over 90% of the responders reported heart anomalies on an ongoing basis.

From the perspective of time honored Wisdom traditions it is believed that vibrational patterns of energy are ramping up and most of us are not prepared to handle the “spiritual high voltage.” It is imperative that we “match our heartbeats to the beat of the Universe,” as Joseph Campbell urged. Simply put, matching our heartbeats with the heartbeat of Nature is a succinct definition of heart coherence—aligning yourself with the flow of Nature.

Whether the challenge is stress, solar flares, Kundalini rising or new energies entering our atmosphere as we transition from the Piscean to Aquarian age, a common defense against heart anomalies is to strengthen the autonomic nervous system (ANS). A strong nervous system is absolutely required to adjust your body-mind to meet the new energetic frequencies now upon us.
