This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to use natural remedies, yogic postures, meditations, mantra (sacred sound) for cleaning the body and mind of a build-up of toxins with safe and natural tools and techniques.

  • Beginners are welcome and no prior yoga experience is required.
  • Please try not to eat 2 hours before the workshop.

A 10-week On-Line Experiential Course

Joseph Campbell, perhaps the great mythologist of the 21st Century, makes a powerful declaration when he asserts that the goal in life is to match your heartbeat with the beat of the universe. Is that even possible? How will I know? Not only is it possible; it’s essential for your personal evolution, and the evolution of anima mundi—the soul of the world. And your level of synchronization with the heartbeat of the Universe can be measured.

The Heroine’s Journey to a Coherent Heart:

Five 75-minute experiential workshops

Replays will be available for your convenience. This is a great opportunity for you to receive valuable information and insights that I have obtained over 45+ years at an affordable cost.

The “Coherent Heart” is the term used throughout this course to convey the aspects of the heart that deal specifically with the autonomic nervous system, Vagus nerve, and heart coherence; the rhythmic rise and fall of heart rate. Using a Western evidence-based technique (heart rate variability or HRV), the Coherent Heart is the launching point for bridging the physical and non-physical aspects of the heart.

The Heroine’s Journey to a Coherent Heart is a 10-week on-line course (5 sessions) is the first in a series of three online courses that build on one another. In this first course, you will begin the heroine’s journey where you will your heart in a state of coherence and experience its vastness. You will learn a basic working knowledge of heart coherence and what it feels like to be in increasing coherent states of being. You will observe in your own body-mind-spirit how raising your coherence levels also raises your awareness, intuition, and consciousness.

What is your heart calling for? What does she long for? What does she deeply fear? When has she been silenced? Discover how your core beliefs and deep feelings can lead to a Coherent Heart—one that matches the heartbeat of the Universe.

In addition to coherence training, aspects of the mythic heart (and depth psychology) will surface as you follow and share your dreams and insights gained during this journey together.

The Heroine’s Journey to a Coherent Heart is a rich and challenging (challenging the status quo) 10-week course delivered in 5 live webinars; 75 minutes of teaching and participant. There is an optional 10-week live online Kundalini yoga and meditation series designed to enrich your course experience. The yoga classes will be on a separate day and emphasize practices that are designed to build and strengthen your nervous and hormonal systems. Classes are suitable for beginners and are scaled to meet students’ needs.

The final module will be comprised of each participant (voluntary) presenting an expression of how s/he has been impacted by this journey. It can be a poem, a collage, or a verbal expression of how her/his heart opened during this 10-week process.  

Experiential: group event (time permitting based on class size)
